Working Principle
Wheels of the wheel entire heat exchanger rotate constantly at the
speed of10 r/min. The continuously rotating wheels act as heat
storage or cold storage cores. Fresh air passes through a
semicircle of the wheel heat exchanger, while the exhaust air, at
the same time, conversely passes through another semicircle. Fresh
air and exhaust air reversely and conversely pass through the wheel
in this way, and exhaust air release the heat into heat storage or
cold storage cores.
Transference of humidity can be ensured. Moisture separated from
the air flow comes into the moisture absorbing layer of the heat
storage core. When the wheel rotates into another air flow,
moisture can be released. The process of moisture transference is
accompanied by the transfer or transmission of heat.
Entire heat exchanger makes use of air put out from indoor and
fresh air from outdoor to realize exchange of sensible and latent
heat and energy recovery, thereby saving energy and keep good
ventilation. In summer, fresh air can be precooled and
dehumidified. In winter, fresh air can be preheated and humidified.
