Releasing organic solvent into the atmosphere will bring adverse effect to both human beings and the global environment. To reduce or eliminate the gas containing VOC ( volatile organic compound) is a difficult thing, so people often release it to the atmosphere directly. VOC solvent concentration recovery wheel handling unit is such a device: it can concentrate the large-volume low-concentration volatile organic compound gas into small-volume high- concentration gas. We combine the concentration recovery wheel handling unit with the traditional exhaust gas handling method, so that it can effectively eliminate all kinds of volatile organic compound produced in industrial production. There is a lot of exhaust gas containing organic solvent during paint spraying, directly releasing it into the atmosphere will cause environmental pollution; On the other hand, the paint spraying room needs to control the humidity and temperature, so it must consume a lot of energy to deal with the added fresh air into the paint spraying room.

For example, in the traditional painting room, if the emission volume of exhaust gas is 20,000 steres per hour, the added fresh air into the paint spraying room is about 15,000 steres per hour, that is to say the fresh air needed to be dealt with is about 15,000 steres per hour. Because of big air volume, the energy consumption is also big.

The character of this process is that after handling, 80% exhaust gas of paint spraying room can be sent back to the room as fresh air. The paint spraying room can achieve the following effects after adopting VOC solvent handling device of Lianzhong Company:

The organic content of exhaust gas is less than 50ppm;

The energy consumption of handling fresh air is reduced by more than 70%.

The handling process of organic exhaust gas developed by Lianzhong company in paint spraying room is as follows:

NMP, which is widely used in lithium-ion battery production process, has a high boiling point of about 200 ℃, the conventional recovery system isn’t able to recycle it. If recycling NMP gas by refrigeration, its concentration in the exhaust gas will be as high as about 200% and will easily lead to explosion. In the lithium battery pole coating process, more than 95% organic solvent N-Methylpyrrolidone volatilizes into the exhaust gas, so this will cause environmental pollutions and do harm to human beings, on the other hand, it will cause waste of the organic solvent. The VOC solvent recovery unit (organic exhaust gas handling equipment) produced by Lianzhong company has been successfully applied to the lithium battery production process.

Our company has started to produce NMP solvent recovery equipments since 2004, and its technology gradually maturates, up to now, our company has produced nearly 100 sets of NMP solvent recovery units, the annual recycling of NMP organic solvent is nearly 2,000 tons.

The use of efficient energy-saving technology enables the heat consumption of coating machine to be reduced by 40%: there is a lot of gas whose temperature is generally about 120 ℃to be released during coating process, while a lot of fresh air is added into the coating machine. Lianzhong company adopts advanced heat transfer technology to exchange the heat between the exhaust gas and fresh air added to the coating machine to preheat the fresh air to 70C or so, so that the heating energy of coating machine is reduced by 40% or so.

Using refrigeration-adsorption concentration technology to recycle NMP organic solvent in the exhaust gas enable the recycling rate of organic solvent more than 95%: As the exhaust gas of the coating machine has big volume and low concentration, our company adopts the advanced concentration technology of Nijiasi Co., Ltd. to concentrate the organic solvent in the exhaust gas to a certain concentration, then to condense and recycle it, so the recycling cost is reduced.

The content of NMP organic solvent in the gas dealt with by solvent recovery unit is less than 50ppm, fully meeting the requirement of ISO14000.

We adopt closed cycle to the air of the coating machine, so the effect of environment temperature, humidity and air quality to the coating quality is reduced.
