Why lithium production desiccant?

The wheel of low dew point dehumidifier

DRDS Series
The low dew point dehumidifiers of DRDS Series of our company are specially equipped for the polymer lithium-ion battery glove box. The bottom of machine set has equipped with caster. The equipment is ingenious, environmental protection and energy saving with flexible movement.

The core components of machine set use the original imported dehumidifying rotating wheel. The honeycomb rotating wheel is divided into three regions (dehumidification, cooling and regeneration) and by using gear motors to control the speed of rotating wheel so that one region of the dryer of DRDS Series is for dehumidification and another for regeneration.

Besides, dry air of the dehumidification side is used to cool rotating wheel and as regenerative wind to achieve the dry air of the ultra-low dew point. Because three regions are simultaneously acted, the dry air is available for use to completely solve the major drawbacks, for example, other dew points of dehumidifier fluctuating and high consumption.

Dehumidifiers of DRDS Series are fully operated automatically. Any mechanical or electrical failure will cause the double warnings of warning lights and sirens immediately, and the mechanical equipment will stop running automatically so that operators can discharge the failures in emergency and resume regular run to ensure that the dew point of dry air at the exit of honeycomb rotating wheel dehumidifier reaches below -40℃.
